ORDER PROCESSING: 

Please allow 3 business days from the date of your order for processing. If an order is placed after 6pm MT it will not begin processing until the next business day.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: 

We ship to all 50 states using USPS Media Mail Services with arrival 2-8 business days from shipping. We include a flat rate shipping and handling fee of $6.99.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

If you are located outside of the United States, we do offer International Shipping for a flat rate of $24.99 however, certain delays may occur in receiving your item (ie: Customs). For International Customers, we highly recommend ordering off Amazon. All Florrie Flamingo© Books are sold through Amazon International Websites.

LOCAL PICK UP: 

If located in Colorado, you may opt to contact us for local pick up. We are located in Parker, CO.

RETURN POLICY:

Our books and products ship in brand-new condition, guaranteed. If you're not satisfied, simply return the book in its original condition within two weeks of receipt, and we'll refund you for the full amount of the book(s) minus shipping and handling. Customers are responsible to pay for shipping and handling for all returns.

REFUNDS: 

Physical Products: We will provide refunds for all physical products (ie: books, flashcards etc) as long as they are returned in it's original condition within two weeks of receipt. We do not provide refunds for any shipping or handling fees.

Digital Products: All sales are final on all digital products (ie: lesson plans, curriculum, digital downloads etc).

EXCHANGES: 

We will provide exchanges for any  products of equal or lesser value. Exchanges will begin processing upon receipt of the original items. Exchanges will follow all above shipping and processing procedures.
